This is available through CrossOver. Go to CrossOver--> Preferences... and then select "Installer Assistant" and uncheck "Hide service packs and dependencies". Now, MDAC should be available in the list of software when you choose to install software through CrossOver.

ya! with a little fidgeting, reinstalling and the mdac exe files, I was able to get my bizarre fashion designing cad software (downloaded from a site in Greece no less) up and running.
That is great news! Can you submit the application to our Compatibility Center (and once its approved send in some screen shots)?
