15.0.1 | Mapping keys on MacBook Pro to extended keys (Home, End, Page*, Insert, etc)

Hi, on Apple hardware without numeric keypad and friends, are there key-combos that map to these keys:

Home
End
PageDn
PageUp
Insert
Delete (numeric)

or a keymapping function that would allow it?

I suppose that many people could be using full keyboards when an app requires these keys, so this does not come up so often. The Option key does not appear map to anything, if so that would be most convenient chord to exploit.

I've seen a posting off-site that discusses tweaking Wine, via source edit and build, or twiddling a compiled library, but this of course departs from use of CrossOver.

Along this line, I would like to have a complete mapping list for running Quicken 2016 on a MacBook Pro. I need to be able to do an alt-a and I don't see anything for using the Alt , Ctrl, or Apple keys when running a Windows app.
