Hello, I have CrossOver 20, I know I can use it to run PC 32-bit apps in my 64-bit Mac (Intel based). But what about Mac 32-bit apps? Could I use it to install, for example, the Mac enhanced version of "The Witcher II"? If not, is such a development planned at some point?

No. That is well outside of our focus of Wine and Windows applications. Your best option right now is to install those into a VM running an older version of macOS, or setup a dual boot by installing it onto a different volume.
Thank you. Well, at least in Steam titles I can get the PC version if I own the Mac version.
