I think that's some classical X/Y problem (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XY_problem).
The more careful answer is maybe:
It is maybe possible but it doesn't matter if it's an old Win XP or a new Windows 11 application. It depends on the complexity and crudity of the application.
There is some really specific windows specific hacked stuff (even on native Windows) with some less used Windows APIs that is still not working on CrossOver.
The question should be: is <this specific application> working with CrossOver on Mac M1?
