VA-11 Hall-A black screen after choosing language, opens a blank code error window (see image attached)

I'm not sure if it was because i tried to full screen it the first time I ran it, but after the first time it just showed what it looks like: [1] . Should I provide more information? Also, I tried this fix [2] but the properties don't show the compatibility tab [3]

Edit: after tweaking the bottle settings [4], I can see the error I think [5]
