I know that you updated the mac download but when I go to Update it says its up to date and I am running 6.3. I went to the site to see about downloading the latest and couldn't figure out how to get it.

You need to login to the Store with the username and password you used to originally register.

After you login you'll see a 'Downloads' link on the sidebar.
