I purchased Crossover Mac off of the Apple website, and created a Codeweavers account. Whenever I try to enter a ticket, it says I need to purchase Crossover. How can I fix this so I can submit tickets?

When you get CrossOver from Apple, you should get a registration code and registration card. Use that to make an account with us and you should then be able to submit tickets.
