Quicken created a new budget based on 2015, and now Quicken is unusable. I have to use Task Manager to shut it down. This has really messed me up because I do my year end accounting today. I am using quicken 2014.

did you back up your Data? using the Quicken backup thing?.
if so & you have the original Quicken installation disk,
then create another instance of Quicken, in a new bottle,
and import that DATA into the the bottle.
