When I launch Quicken 2017 it's fine, but when I try to move to account to account, or update accounts, it doesn't do anything (hourglass).
I have to then force quit. It started happening yesterday, before that it was fine.
Any thoughts, help?

Is this issue related to transaction account? If yes, try this method
Block select the transactions you want to move.
Right-click one of the selected transactions.
Select Reconcile / Cleared.
Now re-select the block of transactions and perform your Move.
Switch to the new account register.
Select the block of transactions again.
Select Reconcile / Reconciled.
