Hi, I have a 14" M1 Pro MacBook Pro and Grand Theft Auto IV from Steam and it opens Rockstar Games Launcher, but the game runs so bad... I mean, 30 FPS is nothing, Grand Theft Auto V runs so well (with Heroic Launcher and CrossOver), I don't know what to do, I have installed Direct X, Visual C++ 2008, 2010, 2012... Net Framework 4.7.2 and nothing seems to work.
So, if anyone can run it like 50-60 FPS hope can help me, this is my favorite game and can't even play it fine...

Try changing the resolution to 1920 * 1080? Too high resolution?
Hi there,
I've also found that enabling Esync in bottle settings helps GTA IV quite a bit performance-wise. But yes, changing the resolution and graphics settings in-game can also help quite a bit.
