The blurb on the download page says the program instals PC programs from their start-up disks.
However, the most important PC application I wish to run on my mac is from a downloadable source not a disk.
To be even more specific, do you know if the Dungeons and Dragons Insider programs from wizardsofthecoast.com will work on my mac via crossover?
Downloadable as in like Steam or Impulse? The games may or may not depending on the game. Take a look on the C4P for the games involved. Steam is a supported app, but the games downloaded may or may not be.
I didn't see anything on the C4P database for Dungeons and Dragons Insider. It doesn't mean it won't work, it isn't in the database.
I am struggling to install something that is called setup ZEW Clother.exe
the installer window opens during the installation and lets me go a few steps before it stalls trying to copy a .ini file.
the software is using something called ghost installer wizard
Ay ideas anyone?
By the way I am using trial version of crossover and this is the only thing I've ever tried to do on it.
What OS/machine and version of crossover are you using?
Do you happen to have a URL handy to a demo version of the software?
Cheers!
