So I tried running a ROM with no$GBA. After I saved and turned it off, I tried to run it again but the emulator wouldn't show on my screen after I doubleclicked it again. So how do I run it again after I got it working the first time? Only thing that worked for me is deleting the bottle and installing it again. The strange thing is, it asks me for a ROM long before te installation is complete. And the installation won't complete now that I mention it :p

Errr...installation? Last time I checked no$GBA there was no
installer/installation...have a look at my forum posting on
the no$GBA C4 page....see;

If no$GBA is still a standalone executable, you would need do
something like I describe there to get a 'nice, usable' install
of no$GBA --- be aware those are linux instructions, but the
same deal applies for the Mac version of crossover...
