I am using a music application which can play sound via MIDI. I notice this synth built into Windows is missing, is possible under Wine to add it?

I really need to stop asking questions and then finding the answer 5 mins later!
I notice theres a 'Core Audio Synth 0' which works, I'm guessing it plays the Quicktime Synthesizer on the Mac.
