I read the FAQ and Codeweavers hints that this is not doable but I want to make sure. I'm trying to install an upgrade version of a program that wants me to enter the previous version CD for eligibility verification during the install process. I'm on an intel 24" iMac. CrossOver won't let me eject the current CD to insert another because it is "in use".
i have no idea if this would work, but you could try using an external cd/dvd player. that way you could have both cd's in at the same time. i use an external firewire lacie dvd player all the time with my imac and crossover, simply because it is more convenient to put cd's in the external drive than the imac's slot loading dvd drive.

CrossOver Forums: the place to discuss running Windows applications on Mac and Linux
We're rebels. We're misfits. But mostly, we're software liberators. And we're very, very good at what we do. We have to be. Lots of developers work with open source, but only a tiny fraction of those are good enough to get software that was designed for one platform to work on another one. We invented CrossOver software - a unique approach to cross-platform compatibility that does not require dual-boot or another OS license. We launched PortJump to help app and game developers broaden their market beyond Windows® users. And we launched ExecMode to help organizations solve really ugly technical challenges.
