CrossOver Mac supports the IE browser. How about Java plugins like the Sun Java Plugin?
Java itself isn't supported but appears to run fine. You just need to download the standalone Java installers from Sun's site and then do an unsupported install of the .exe into the same bottle as IE6. You can visit Sun's website afterward with IE6 to confirm it's installed.
