I'm Gagan from Delhi, INDIA. We are planning to shift our whole company to MAC from windows, around 35-40 nodes. But I faced a problem in running our Accounting software called TALLY. Its a standard Accounting software like "quickbooks" in whole india, Asia-pacific region & some parts of Europe.
I created a new bottle for it & configured the settings but still the application just crashes with some "memory error".
Its a very basic windows pkg that runs on very low resources otherwise, but is dependent on the network.
Can CodeWeaver developers pls give it a shot in ur labs? if it can be run properly on MAC, there'd be no stopping for us to port completely to MAC OS X.
as a side note, no business in INDIA atleast can live without TALLY. So if u can achieve its running successfully on mac, it'll be a great business earning too...

CrossOver Forums: the place to discuss running Windows applications on Mac and Linux
We're rebels. We're misfits. But mostly, we're software liberators. And we're very, very good at what we do. We have to be. Lots of developers work with open source, but only a tiny fraction of those are good enough to get software that was designed for one platform to work on another one. We invented CrossOver software - a unique approach to cross-platform compatibility that does not require dual-boot or another OS license. We launched PortJump to help app and game developers broaden their market beyond Windows® users. And we launched ExecMode to help organizations solve really ugly technical challenges.
