What are the default launch options for steam games? i know there were some, after updating steam they're all gone and team fortress 2 isn't playable at all.
someone can copy his settings?

You can try adding "-dxlevel 81 -window -novid" and see if that helps.

-novid +mat_hdr_level 0 are the default ones
I guess -novid is needed. The videos can cause a deadlock during playing. +mat_hdr_level 0 disables HDR rendering, which can cause a strange green quad in the screen.
