When I try to install the Media Manager for Verizon FIOS

it runs the installshield installer but hangs when I try to choose a location for it to do the install.
Any thoughts?

Make sure it's trying to install inside the bottle? Typically if an installer gets stuck or dies there isn't any chance to save it, although you could try pulling the install from a Windows box into a Crossover bottle and try running the app .exe that way.
