I just thought I'd jump in here and say that I have never got my ODBII scanner to work with Crossover, so I highly doubt this could work since it requires a similar hardware interface. You can try getting your stuff to work by adapting the information found here: https://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/mac/faq/usbtoserial
But don't get your hopes up.
