CrossOver 19 doesn't run Sqview in Catalina ( I tired it in Mojave and it worked with crossover19) I get the error log

Any ideas that could be the cause?

Unfortunately I can't offer a solution right now, but I can let you know why you are seeing the difference in behavior. CrossOver 19 contains 3 versions of wine: 32-bit, 64-bit, and the new 32-on-64-bit version specifically created to run 32-bit applications on Catalina. I'm assuming that Sqview is a 32-bit application, so on Mojave it is running with classic 32-bit wine that has been developed and refined for over 20 years (and development is still ongoing for the foreseeable future:). When you try to run it on Catalina, CrossOver automatically uses 32-on-64 bit wine instead. 32-on-64 bit wine is a huge technical challenge that we have been working on since the day that Apple announced that Catalina would not have 32-bit support, but it is still not running every single application that plain 32-bit wine could due to a wide variety of technical reasons and complications relating to Catalina.

One thought I have (you may have done this already)-- Catalina has increased security compared to previous versions of macOS, so it might be worthwhile to go into System Preferences -> Security & Privacy and go to the Privacy tab and make sure that you have permissions enabled for all CrossOver and SqView requests under Files and Folders.

I removed my antivirus software and reinstalled crossover and now it is working fine.
