D3D Error

I am trying to get an application working, it installs fine but when I start the game the play area is black.

Running with Debug I get the following when the game tries to render the play area:

0114:fixme:d3d:wined3d_context_gl_check_fbo_status FBO status GL_FRAMEBUFFER_UNDEFINED (0x8219).
0114:err:d3d:wined3d_context_gl_check_fbo_status FBO 0 is incomplete, driver bug?
0118:fixme:d3d:wined3d_context_gl_check_fbo_status FBO status GL_FRAMEBUFFER_UNDEFINED (0x8219).
0118:err:d3d:wined3d_context_gl_check_fbo_status FBO 0 is incomplete, driver bug?

I can't find anything that suggests what this or how to even begin trying to work out what to do to resolve it.

Any help or suggestions would be apprciated:

Game: Campaign Series: Vietnam
OS: MacOS Monterey 12.1
Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB

Does it use DX9? Or DX11? Is it 64bit, or 32bit?
