Was hoping someone could help me out with this error message. I installed steam through the crossover program. So it is running in windows format, when the game starts up it prompts on install for "Installing: Microsoft VC Redist Package (Step 1 of 1)". After a while it times out and I get this message "Unable to load game library: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\The Age of Decadence Demo\Aod.dll. Please make sure it exists and the laxest DirectX is installed." I check in the bottle that has the crossover steam file and I did find the location listed in the error message. I also installed directx9 using crossover and put it in the same bottle as steam. Any ideas on what I could try?
