As my knowledge of russian language boils down to ordering a beer, I cannot say anything about your screenshots, sorry.
!!! Important: Please make a backup (sometimes called "archieve") of your bottle containing outlook before making any changes !!!
There are lots of tutorials on this forum on how to do this.
For the log, the most interesting part seems the first line:
Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000000 in 32-bit code (0x90e91710).
Which basically means: outlook f***ed up and tried to acces a section of memory it is not allowed to.
This is called the "NULL-pointer" and is used to catch exceptions and for error handling. In this case, this did not seem to work, there are various reasons of such thing happening.
What i could get from your log:
System information:
Wine build: wine-1.7.4-7259-g0b823ec
Platform: i386
Host system: Darwin
Host version: 13.3.0
Could you please provide additional details about your Office installation? Do you have any service packs installed?
Which version of Exchange Server you are using?
Did you consult the specific Office 2007 / Outlook 2007 page first?
There is a huge load of errors reported, including Exchange-related ones. Maybe there are known bugs similar to your problem.

Does this error also occur when connecting to POP or IMAP servers?
You may also want to test servers outside your .local - Domain, which is repored to cause problems with OS X.
Please be aware Outlook 2007 is supported, but on "silver" status, which basically means most things will work but stuff may be broken.
If you made a backup like I said in the beginning, you might try to install Service Packs into the same bottle as Outlook.
You will get them for free from Microsoft. This may solve your problem, but please be aware that it is perfectly possible that things will horribly break and you will cry a lot if you did not backup first.
Hope this helps,
Cheers!
