Hi, I'm trying to get my favorite PDF annotator program to work. It's called PDF Annotator by GRAHL software. I've installed various editions from the past decade, and basically all of them won't boot past the start screen because "Microsoft Ink Support" needs to be installed. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem? It seems relatively simple. Thank you.
