Just bought Crossover a couple of days ago and greatly enjoying being able to run things like Torchlight II without Bootcamp!
I have a question about installing things via Steam when that option appears not to be available. Take Ys: The Oath in Felghana, which I own on Steam for PC. The website says it works (https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=4347) but it isn't on the list in the "Will install..." box. If I try to install it as "Other Application" then I don't get an option to install via Steam...
Is there a solution to this? Apologies if this has been asked, I browsed a few Steam threads but there are quite a lot of them...
Steam itself should be available to install. Once steam is installed, you can go ahead and install your game by going into your Steam game library. The only problem might be that your bottle won't have specific needs your game might have, so your mileage may vary when it comes to running the game itself, as the bottle will not have been created specifically for that game. Judging from the scores, you shouldn't have much trouble.
