Such issue was this forum in 2009.
But now 2014. Windows XP has default locale settings for non unicode apps. Is it possible that Crossover work same? There are many apps with cp1251. I want to use any of them. But cyrillic typing is impossible.
Switching Mac OSX from English to Russian and then return - it is very hard way to solve this issue.
Please, help me to run my favorite apps, for example iDailyDiary.

This is a somewhat inconvenient way, and I'm not sure if it works, but you can try it: Use the programs->run command dialog to open a shell for the bottle where the app is installed. Then cd into the installation directory and run the app with
LANG=ru_RU.cp1251 wine foo.exe
Replace foo.exe with the actual .exe name of course. If this works it is possible to create a launch script to make future runs easier.
