hey guys just looking for some help with an old old steam game

marc echo's getting up under pressure

i installed steam with crossover (trial) (which is amazing!!!!)

installed the game and launched it, it gives you options for resolution and widescreen hud mode, i click launch

then it must start up the screen goes black with a cursor i can move around but thats it have to restart to get out of it?

will it be possible to ever play this game on my mac?

i have a mac book pro 2014 the $3000 one so its got every upgrade you can get

appreciate any feedback any help of any kind and if just a simple no you can't make it work haha so i can give up trying...

You could try to check the "use legacy X window system" box, in the advanced tab for that bottle, in the bottle manager.

You could also try the glsl key thing, the instructions being here.

Since I'm a Linux geek, this is about as much help I can give.

Unfortunately it is hard to say what is going wrong here. The symptom is rather generic ☹️ . Is there a demo of the game I can try without buying it?

I don't think so, I looked on Steam, but I might have missed it.
