I am able to install the Windows application Tallyerp9 latest release 6.5 successfully . The application provider wants to give exception to application exe in windows firewall and or Antivirus if any . for functioning and activation of license of application software , as while activation it gives error related to not starting of application in services.msc functioning . Please advise .
