Pop-up menus showing up as blank for Quicken 2019 (R18.16)

Pop-up menus showing have started showing up as blank for Quicken 2019 (R18.16) as shown in the following pic:

Simple text pop up menus still seem ok though:

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
