getting not enough space on drive C: when installing QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2019

I'm trying to install QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2019 and getting error message "There is not enough space on drive C:\ to extract this package"

But I've got like 240GB free on my system drive.

Any ideas?
