I use Scrivener for windows under Crossover. Version 3 has been officially released and I wish to purchase an upgrade licence. It is there that the problem arises.
To get the upgrade, you enter your email address and existing licence code. But on clicking to continue, it fails to contact the licensing server with an alert saying .NET v.4.6.x must be installed. I have no idea if that is even possible, let alone how to go about it. Can someone advise please?
I'm running Crossover 20.0.4 on an M1 MacBook Air.
Use the applications menu to install .Net 4.6 before attempting to install the application.
