Install Railroad Tycoon Plat 2 from ISO

So fiddling around with crossover on my intel mac.

I have an ISO of the game Railroad Tycoon 2 Platinum, which i purchased years ago.

It appears the only way to install is via Steam?

How do you lodge with Steam a game you already on. I dont want to buy this game again.
