Screen tearing with the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster's series

Hello,
When I play any of the six games in the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster's series on Steam, I see terrible screen tearing, with literally pretty evident screen portions disconnecting from each other whenever I move the character so as to make a panning shot (both horizontally or vertically). It's very distracting. Is there anything I could do to solve the issue?
I’ve tried with both a Windows 7 bottle and a Windows 10 bottle. Activating DXVK backend in both bottles doesn’t appear to make any difference. Activating Performance Enhanced Synchronization (ESync) solves the issue of screen tearing to create another one: it basically forces everything to move at the speed Crossover is capable of generating and bearing, thus making the panning and every object moving incredibly shaky and jerky, as if the houses and the fences in any of the Final Fantasy's were vibrating or something. It's simply another type of distraction, but still distracting and ugly.

I'm on an iMac (iMac20,2) with a 3,8 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i7, an AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB GPU and macOS Big Sur 12.4 installed.

Anyone?

Did you try turning on VSync in the game's settings?
