I’m trying to run a Windows program that is more than an EXE, but is distributed as a ZIP file and has no installer. Is there a way to manually set up the wine bottle with everything the programmable needs to run, or am I SOL?

Can’t guarantee it’ll run, but you can definitely create a new bottle in whichever version of Windows you need with all the dependencies your app requires then extract the zip to the C: Drive of the bottle and use the run command function
I recommend checking the log if the program fails and posting it here so we can have a look at dependencies required to see if it is possible to create a custom bottle for it with wine tricks...
Good luck.
