Steam Civ 6 on ChromeOS

I have a Pixelbook fresh off the press from Google. Happy to see this beta become available and instantly installed it.

I was able to get Steam up and running using the Windows variant and not the Linux DEB variant. However, the only game I play is not available and generates an error installing for not being available for my OS or whatever - Civilization VI. I see that all other Civs are available.

I changed Steam to run as Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. Still, it seems unavailable. Any tricks out there to try to get it to install the game?

PS - I'm open for any form of testing you need. Just let me know via PM.
