I have an Acer r11 and have tried to install both Office 2010 and 2013 and don't see anyway to get anything to actually launch.

How about an ACTUAL how to INSTALL/LAUNCH/USE?

I assume the absence of one is that it doesn't exist?

So I went back and tried to specifically install just Excel 2013...got to the point of it asking for my LICENSE KEY. It would not accept ANY of my valid keys (I have a bunch of activations)...so that install failed also....

+1  - I've had no luck with either the Office 2016 or Office 2013 installers.

I am having the same problem with Office Professional 2010. It stops at the product key page. I have a number of valid keys that are not working.

I think eventually MS Office will work if someone hasn't already figured it out.  I have gotten LibreOffice to install and run fine.

We are currently working on fixes for installation and activation of Office 2016.  These should be integrated into the next version we release to the Play Store (coming early February), so please try Office 2016 again after this release.  As for Office 2010, installation and activation using a product key should be working.  If you are experiencing issues installing and activating Office 2010, please send in a support ticket so that we can be made aware of the issue.

I was able to install Office 2016 after several tries. It is now working for me on Excel and Word. Having problems with Outlook, however. It's really pretty sweet.

We have just released CrossOver 17.1 for macOS and Linux, which includes critical bug fixes for Office 2016 installation and activation. So is a Chrome OS update in the works soon too?

Also, just wondering, will there be updates to the web site so that Chrome OS builds can be downloaded, or is that only after the beta period is finished (I ask because I noticed that you guys recently updated the site so that Chrome OS/Android screenshots can be posted)?

Can you clarify Office 2010 and 2013 installation compatibility, please?
