Can't see or access cd-rom drive in CrossOver on Chrome OS

Have a Windows program installed in CrossOver on Chrome OS on my Chromebook which needs to access a USB cd-rom drive directly. Can't seem to find the right path in Wine Configuration to see/access the cd-rom drive. Found something on the web to configure a MacBook using a path : "/dev/sr0" but that only works with Mac OS not Chrome OS. The path to the cd-rom is hidden somewhere in CrossOver running on Chrome OS. Anyone able to successfully find the correct path to mount the cd-rom drive in Wine Configuration for CrossOver on ChromeOS?

No, I don't want to manually copy the data from the cd-rom drive to the "Download" directory, the Windows program wants to read it directly from the cd-rom drive. Thanks in advance for any help.
