Crossover mac 8 beta 4 IE 6 Cipher Strength 0-bits

When I tried to install Quicken 2009 on Crossover Mac 8 beta 4, it installs the IE6 SP1 on a Windows 2000 bottle, and the Cipher Strength is set to 0-bits, therefore it can't access any secure site and Quicken 2009 can't register or access any bank information. Does anyone have any suggestion?
