WKO+ won't open in Crossover

Installed crossover trial version, then used the installer in crossover to install via the .exe file of wko on my desktop. Seemed to install OK, but when I click on wko to open it it pops up in the dock then closes right away without opening. Same thing if I open it from the "programs" drop down when opening crossover first. I'm trying this since I'm so frustrated with how Parallels works... I know others have gotten wko+ to work..
