Missing GStreamer 1.0 Bad 32-bit plugins

Description

This is needed by some games and multimedia applications.
See Missing libgstreamer1 32-bit library for more details.

Resolution

To install these plugins, run one of the following commands as root, or look for the corresponding package names in your favorite package manager:

    Debian or Ubuntu : apt-get install gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad:i386 (1)
    Fedora : dnf install gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free.i686 (2)
    32-bit SUSE : zypper install gstreamer-plugins-bad
    64-bit SUSE : zypper install gstreamer-plugins-bad-32bit (3)

(1) Note that the 32-bit package currently conflicts with the 64-bit one. Until this issue is fixed by the Debian/Ubuntu packagers this command will likely fail.
(2) For licensing reasons Fedora does not include all the plugins so some audio/video formats may not be supported. More importantly support for 32-bit GStreamer plugins is broken on 64-bit Fedora. You can follow the situation on Fedora bug 1472160.
(3) Support for 32-bit GStreamer plugins is broken on 64-bit openSUSE. You can follow the situation on openSUSE bug 1049452.
