(1) Note that the 32 bit package currently conflicts with the 64 bit one. Until this issue is fixed by the Debian/Ubuntu packagers this command will likely fail. (2) For licensing reasons Fedora does not include all the plugins so some audio/video formats may not be supported. More importantly support for 32 bit GStreamer plugins is broken on 64 bit Fedora.
