Open .exe files in cxrun instead of cxinstaller when double-clicking

By default, Crossover will open up .exe files in cxinstaller (i.e. the Install Software menu) when those files are double-clicked. On Mac there's a simple switch in Crossover's Preferences to change the default action for double-clicking on .exe files from "use cxinstaller" to "use cxrun" (which is the "Run Command" tool) , but this switch doesn't exist in our Linux product.

To change this behavior, you can modify the "defaults.list" file that you find in

(if you installed Crossover from the .deb/.rpm package)

(in you installed Crossover as user from the .bin file)

Within the "defaults.list" file, change the

entry to point list

instead of

and .exe files should now open up in cxrun when double-clicked.
