Total Commander under MacOS double click doesn't open file

Hi everybody,

one of the 5 programms I miss since my change form Win to MacOS is total commander. It's so awesome! So I tried to make it work under MacOS10.5.8 via CrossOver. But a double click on a file's name doesn't open it.

Is there a way to fix that?

Thanks.

I don't really understand it.

If I do a double click on a jpg-file or a png-file in totalcommander, the right program opens at the MacOS side. If I do a double click on a xls or a doc-file nothing happens.

I tried to change "open with" via right mouse click. But this context menu doesn't offer this point!

Is there something I can do via the TC internal ini-file?

Oh, too bad this. I just want to open all files with double click on a files name in TotalCommander (CrossOver) with the right MacOS-Application.

Please help me.

To get xls, doc, or any other file type that associated with a windows app in Crossover to open directly from Total Commander, you must install Total Commander into the same bottle that contains that app, i.e. install Total Commander into your MS Office bottle, rather than allowing it to be installed into its own, separate bottle.
