CS:GO graphics hardware error on M1 MacBook Pro - 16 gb

I get this error when I try to open CS:GO on Steam.
(I can play GTA V perfectly)

macOS Monterey 12.1
MacBook Pro M1 - 16 gb ram
Crossover 21.2
