outlook 2010 via outlook anywhere will not connect - here is the prompt I am getting, any help most welcome

all office prerequisites have been done. I have tried just username, domain/, domain \, etc. posted a short time ago but don't see the post so sorry if this is a dup

Never worked for me as well. MAPI connection over LAN works fine.
