I've been able to install Visio 2010 just fine on my Mac (Snow Leopard), However, I'm not able to view any of the OLE embedded objects ☹️
I got a bunch of guys using Crossover on their Mac's so they can run visio without a VM...but all I get is a bunch of grief because this lack of functionality basically means they still have to fire up VM to view these OLE objects!
I had the same issue with WINE when I managed to get a cobbled up version sort of running.
If you could fix this issue it would make a lot of Mac users happy and also may get you some more happy customers in the future 😊
