Microsoft Powerpoint 2016 Tips

Installing on Chrome OS

After installing Office 2016 using the standard CrossOver search and install functions, PowerPoint crashes on startup (Word and Excel finally work on 17.5.0 though).  In running a debug, I discovered that PowerPoint was looking for MSO.DLL in my \Windows\System32 directory.  I grabbed a copy of it from the 'Net and placed it in that directory.  At this point, PowerPoint actually fires up now and seems to be stable if I don't do ANYTHING.  However, as soon as I try to edit or add anything to a slide, it crashes.  If/when I figure out this problem, I'll post back (I have this exact same issue with Publisher).  I used a corporate retail install package, not Office 365, Click-to-Run, or ODT.
