How to fix high res mode cursor stuck issues

If your cursor is getting stuck at window edges or getting stuck in the middle of windows, do the following:

Ensure that you are using windows 11 bottle type (see my other tip for how to get that working)
Ensure that you have high res mode enabled

First, fully lose out of both Satisfactory and Steam
After Steam has fully closed, simulate a restart of the bottle.

Launch Steam and verify that your cursor isn't getting stuck.

Launch Satisfactory and make sure to turn up the resolution if you were not using high res mode previously.
