Issues with version 21.0.0 and Office 2010

I had a couple of issues with Office 2010 and version 21.0.0.

1) For some reason, style previews on Word appear gibberish; it seems as if the font encoding is wrong or there are missing characters from the font. The rest of the fonts in the UI or the document itself (including those from the style previews that appear as gibberish) appear fine; it's just the previews that are broken.

2) Sometimes, when a new element appears in a window, such as the "saving document progress bar", the whole application window will be redrawn - as if a new window replaces the old one. This is not consistent (it happens only occasionally). It doesn't happen often with Word. In Excel, however, once the problem does appear (again, not consistent), the program becomes pretty much unusable; everything I type on screen causes the whole window to be redrawn, resulting in constant flickering. I have to close and restart it (until it appears again).

Both problems disappeared when I downgraded to 20.0.4, using the same bottles.

Has anyone experienced anything similar with Office 2010 and version 21? Looking to confirm before I file a bug report.

Running OpenSUSE Tumbleweed on a Ryzen 5 laptop with integrated graphics. The problem appears on both X and Wayland.
