CrossOver Support - Community Forums

Hi,

actually I bought Crossover for Mac to run a (unsupported) application I need daily. Although it looked good in the trial period, I had some bigger problems with this application after a while, so finally I did install Parallels and Windows XP to use it.

So I still have the Crossover License, but I don't use it anymore. Question: Is there a chance to change the license from Crossover to Crossover Games or to do a cross update? This way I could at least use Steam on my mac, which would be also great.

The ninjas can take care of stuff like this, just file a support ticket (http://www.codeweavers.com/support/tickets/enter/) with what you'd like to do.

Thanks for your answer, unfortunately I cannot open a support ticket ("Unsupported: Your ability to post to this list has been disabled as you have not purchased this product."). Maybe because the support period ended already, although the message would be misleading then?
