I'm confused as to how the forum subscriptions work here on the Codeweavers site. Normally when I post or reply to a topic I am automatically subscribed to that forum post and will receive an email notification when someone has responded. That doesn't seem to be the case here. I only seem to get notifications if I subscribe to the whole forum (e.g., Crossover Mac), but then I am getting notified of EVERY post in that forum rather than just the ones I have interacted with.
Not currently possible, but that is a feature we've been planning on implementing. I imagine it will be a little notification bell icon on threads you can toggle when logged in.
